Given those three absolute realities - can what you propose be practically implemented? (BTW, you seem to be asking two different questions: should we do this? and what do we call it? What we call it is, frankly, irrelevant. But I'd favor "Xenolocalizationarycoordinativedomain." It's gotta be one word, right?)
