I would argue that the "objectiveness" for answers can be determined by how well they fit the criteria: "these resources" and "this timescale".

Nov 26, 2014 at 1:09 comment added Cort Ammon that's an interesting middle ground. It would be interesting to see how that would interact with the community opinion of Golf. At what point does a question become so specific in its objective measures that it transcends from "On Topic" to "Puzzler?"
