Research the ma’asit branch of Kabbalah for instance. | |

As someone brought up on the thread, the entire Aladdin story and many others within Islam. Plus Golems in Judaism and some of the fairy tales in Christian Europe (some crossover with Paganism, but I digress). It may not be allowed to attempt to practice in real life, but that's not the same as writing fantasy. | |

It can be equally applied to every question asking about culture, philosophy, law, etc. It basically suggests burning a dozen or more tags. What you've written is common knowledge, at least not in non-islamic countries. I don't think many people would take people writing on the net about how magic is not very well received in Islam as proof that there is no possibility, how do you do your basic research according to you? Additionally, I think what you've stated is at the very least debatable, Islam has a history of 1.5k years and many things did happen during that time. | |
